Saturday's Breakfast.

Strawberry - Kiwi


Our family has decided to go on a weight loss challenge. I am aiming on losing 10lbs. and I am not sure what everybody elses goals are.

but I like sugar a lot. So I have been dreaming up healthy yet delicous desserts.

This is the only one so far... but I will keep you posted.

What makes it healthy? Actually it still has sugar. And it has fat. But not a whole lot of both and it has fruit too! So that makes it like 10 times better for you. ;)


But anyhow...

The crust is a sugar cookie recipe with almost all whole wheat.

The frosting is a light glaze made with neufchâtel cheese ( instead of cream cheese.)


and of course there is fruit on top. :)


so it's healthy- right?

Yummy! Now throw some bananas, blueberries, and grapes on there and you will have a delicious fruit pizza. :)

It was very delicious! And besides, I was going to ask you what the crust was since it was soft, and now I know! I shall join you in the healthy snack/dessert quest!
