Baked Oatmeal Recipe.
I just wanted to file this somewhere,
Anna made this when we visited them last time and I really liked it.
Oh, and it makes a lot so halving it isn't a bad idea.
Baked Oatmeal
1 cup oil (can substitute- 1/2 pumpkin or applesauce)
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
6 cups oats
4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 t cinnamon
2 1/2 c milk
Combine all together
Pour into greased 9x13 pan
Bake at 375 for 30- 40 minutes, until lightly browned.
You can mix it up and let sit over night in the fridge.
Served topped with butter, brown sugar, milk, syrup, or whipped cream!
