Well. I can't post on my computer, but I can on Abbi's. So here it is.

But yes. I am helping you know how to be happy. Listen up!
1. Wake up on the right side of the bed.
2. Smile at no one in particular.
3. Skip... I think actualy, try frowning and skipping, it is amazing how hard it is. although some are more talented than others.
4. Wiggle your toes.
5. Climb a tree.
6. Wear mudboots. Find a friend and some mud... and go puddle mudding.
7. Take pictures of different things.
8. Be thankful. This one is Quite true.
9. Try to do cartwheels.
